We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office for a 12 month contract (with possibility of going permanent after). In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting both the purchasing and sales functions, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, customers, and internal departments.   The position involves liaising between two sites, but based in the Gloucestershire site, Newent.   Key Responsibilities: - Process purchase and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. - Liaise with suppliers to confirm lead times, pricing, and order status. - Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met. - Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. - Generate purchase requisitions and maintain accurate records. - Prepare shipping and delivery documentation. - Maintain strong communication with clients and suppliers as well as team members across both of UK sites. - Support with general office tasks and answering phones.   Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus - Graduate in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance or related subject. Job description   We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. As part of a leading multinational company, this role involves both office-based and on-site work, helping clients in the Ceramic, Glass, and Plastics sectors optimize their processes and product applications.   Key Responsibilities:   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. • Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding the application and optimization of our materials and solutions. • Travel to customer sites to oversee product application, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance. • Manage and update orders, negotiate contract terms, and guide clients throughout the sales process.   Qualifications:   • A bachelor's degree in engineering is required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams. • Analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details to address customer challenges with product applications. • Enthusiastic, dynamic, and self-confident, with a team-oriented mindset. • Ability to learn quickly and stay up to date with industry developments. • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.  

You will work in St. Petersburg in an international company providing services to our customers in the ceramic sector, organizing communication with our production facilities in different countries. At the end of the training, we expect you to understand the production processes, the technical characteristics of our products, the ability to select materials at the laboratory level, in order to be able to offer a quality technical solution to our customers.   Tasks: • Development of materials, laboratory and industrial tests on the customer's premises; • Technical and information support for projects.   Requirements: • Ability to travel frequently on business trips around Russia (1-2 weeks per month); • Knowledge of English at the intermediate - upper intermediate level; • Desire to learn, positive thinking and communication skills.   We offer: • Full training in skills for working with materials (training for 8 weeks); • Experience in an international company; • Official employment from the first day and annual salary review based on project results; • Corporate language courses (English).
