Postularse
- Technically assist clients in the ceramic manufacturing process
- Developing and setting up ceramic production processes
- Monitor the production process and check quality
- Create and adjust tonalities for innovation at the customers' premises
- Assist the Design Department to interpret customer requirements ('briefs')
- Responsible for appropriate color matching, and mixing of materials at the customer's site according to the customer's production schedule
- Conduct basic quality control on raw materials
- Prepare and maintain accurate records including safety stock levels, quality control reports, consignment returns and complaints as directed by the EMPLOYER
- Small scale production milling
- Production mixing and batching where necessary
- Attend mandatory client meetings
- Ensure neat housekeeping whenever the EMPLOYER'S teams work the client factories
- Stock counting and Inventory maintenance
- Operate forklift vehicle when authorised to do so
- Training new Marketing and Service staff employed by the EMPLOYER
- Ensure that health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Supporting the EMPLOYER'S different Departments (Marketing and Service, Design, etc.) locally and outside South Africa
- Marketing Torrecid, its Brand and Products in his social circles and within professional bodies and associations in order to acquire new customers
- Perform other duties reasonably assigned by management

Habilidades necesarias
Minimum qualifications and/or competencies:
- N2-N6 in Chemical engineering or related chemistry qualification
- Medical fitness for ceramic work environment
- Valid driving license (compulsory)
