We're looking for proactive, innovative, and driven individuals to join our team as an HR Generalist—a dynamic role that combines Recruitment, HR legal administration, and people operations with exciting opportunities to lead projects, improve systems, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Your Role Will Include:

· Support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee administration, and HR documentation processes.

· Ensure HR processes and administrative activities are managed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations.

· Collaborate with internal teams to support employee needs, organizational development, and HR initiatives.

· Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement programs to enhance processes and employee experience.

· Prepare HR reports, analyze data, and support decision-making through effective HR practices.

What We’re Looking For:

· Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in:

o Business Administration

o Psychology

o Industrial Engineering

· GPA ≥ 3.20 / 4.00

· Graduation year: 2023 – 2026

· Fluent in English

· A broad-minded, proactive individual who is eager to learn, embrace new challenges, and adapt to change.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
