We’re looking for a creative, customer-focused, and driven individual to join our team as a Designer—a role responsible for developing innovative ceramic tile designs, creating marketing presentations, and delivering product concepts that match customer preferences, market trends, and business objectives in a B2B environment.

Your Role Will Include:

· Develop innovative ceramic tile designs from concept to mock-up while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market trends.

· Conduct market research to identify new design opportunities, industry trends, and customer preferences.

· Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand design preferences, specifications, and project requirements.

· Manage design projects from concept development, revisions, and final approval while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

· Adjust and refine designs to ensure product feasibility and smooth factory production.

· Create marketing pitch materials and present design concepts to customers together with Marketing and R&D teams.

· Develop visual designs for customer presentations, showrooms, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

What We’re Looking For:

· Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in:

o Visual Communication Design

o Architecture

o Product Design

o Kriya Keramik/Tekstil

· GPA ≥ 3.20 / 4.00

· Graduation year: 2023 – 2026

· Fluent in English

· Able to translate customer needs and preferences into relevant design solutions.

· Able to present ideas clearly and build effective communication with customers and internal teams.

· Able to respond to changing requirements and develop practical solutions.
