Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing & Service Chemist to join our growing team. As part of a leading multinational company, this role combines laboratory expertise, technical customer support, and commercial activities to help clients in different industry optimize their formulations, production processes, and product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Provide technical support and expert guidance on ceramic raw materials, glazes, inks, and related products, ensuring optimal product performance and application.
- Conduct regular customer visits to evaluate production processes, support product implementation, troubleshoot technical challenges, and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their operational and quality objectives.
- Prepare and conduct product trials, technical reports, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and new business development.
- Support commercial activities by following up on quotations, orders, and customer requests while contributing to sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, technical reports, and commercial activities using the company's CRM system.
- Stay up to date with market trends, new technologies, competitor products, and developments within the ceramic industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and market requirements.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
