Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Multimedia, Fine Art, Production Design, Interior Design, or Architectural Design.
• Maximum 06 months of relevant experience in ceramic design or related to innovative designs in any scale or platform. Freshers with high interest in creative design are also appreciated.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in design-related software and tools e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, basic level 3D Design.
• Proactive, energetic, and committed to learning and contributing to organizational success.
• Highly interested in art and creative crafts.
• Sound analytical skill and interest in market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative design that can accommodate the need of the clients.
• Conduct market research and cooperate with the product development team and the techno marketing team to deliver innovative products that can be produced and be accepted by the market.
• Analyze the market and current as well as future trends to create innovative products.
• Responsible for ensuring the maiden innovation and future trend

Job Station

• Uttara, Dhaka, or Narsingdi (in that case, company vehicle shall be provided to reach there)
• Willing to travel to reach our client across the country for on-premises service.
• Willing to travel abroad for a limited period for training or support purposes.
