1. Sourcing and Supplier Management

· Identify and research potential suppliers, both local and overseas, to meet company requirements

· Evaluate and select qualified suppliers based on pricing, quality, reliability, and lead times

· Negotiate contracts including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with overseas suppliers

2. Purchasing and Logistics Coordination

· Issue purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery

· Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth import processes

· Ensure compliance with all import regulations and procedures

· Collaborate with internal departments to align supply plans with business needs

3. Cost Management and Quality Assurance

· Analyze and compare supplier quotations to achieve the best value for the company

· Lead cost reduction initiatives through negotiation and strategic sourcing

· Work closely with quality control teams to ensure products meet required specifications and standards

Qualifications

- Age not over 30 years old.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistic or related field.

- Fresh graduates are welcome or 1-3 years experince in Purchasing/Logistic is a plus.

- Proficient in MS Excel with strong data analysis skills.

- Good command of English (spoken and written).

- Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork.

- Interest in international trade, logistic and supplier management.

- Initiative to learn and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
