Job Summary:

Torrecid Bangladesh is seeking a highly motivated Techno-Marketing Executive/ Techno-Marketing Technician professional with a strong interest in ceramics, technical innovation, and client engagement. This role involves actively providing on-site technical and marketing support to our clients across Bangladesh, demonstrating curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow, while contributing to business success. Freshers with a strong drive and genuine passion for the field are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting at client sites across Bangladesh.
• Demonstrate in-depth academic knowledge of ceramic raw materials and compositions.
• Present commercial solutions effectively with professional gestures and communication.
• Develop innovative solutions and contribute to client satisfaction.
• Exhibit leadership qualities and a can-do attitude while working independently or in teams.
• Engage in client negotiations, maintaining a strong commercial mindset.
• Support sales and marketing activities by understanding client needs, promoting products, and assisting in commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with the techno-marketing teams to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Travel extensively within Bangladesh and occasionally abroad for training or client support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and Torrecid products.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong academic background in BSC / Diploma in Ceramic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related disciplines.
• Genuine interest in ceramic raw materials, production processes, and innovative industrial technologies.
• High curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new ceramic applications, global trends, and product innovation.
• Strong commercial interest, with good communication, negotiation ability, and understanding of client needs.
• Proactive techno-marketing mindset, combining technical insights with market demand and customer expectations.
• Leadership, problem-solving ability, and motivation, with a fast-learning, energetic, and curiosity-driven attitude.
