Key Responsibilities
o Conduct sampling, inspection, and testing of raw materials to ensure specifications are met.
o Execute formulation trials, material testing, and pilot experiments for new products, scaling lab innovations into production.
o Monitor and analyze quality indicators, production processes, yields, and energy consumption; recommend improvements and support troubleshooting.
o Ensure laboratory accuracy, data integrity, and timely reporting.
o Identify and implement quality initiatives, including material substitution and product improvements for quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
o Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to align product development with market opportunities and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
o (Chemical, Materials, Ceramic, Mining or a related field)
o Fresh graduates are welcome or 1–3 years experience is a plus.
o Good command of English (spoken and written).
o Strong problem-solving skills with focus on quality improvement
o Continuous improvement mindset, Initiative to learn and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
