We're looking for innovative and driven individuals to join our team as Technical Marketing Staff a unique role that blends technical knowledge with customer-focused project work.

Your Role Will Include:

• Leading customer projects: pitching, research, and negotiation
• Conducting lab-scale chemical research for coating and coloring
• Running semi-industrial tests at customer sites
• Coordinating internally to ensure research meets standards
• Providing technical support and chemical solutions to clients

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in:
• ▫ Chemical Engineering
• ▫ Materials Engineering
• ▫ Chemistry
• ▫ Industrial Engineering
• GPA ≥ 3.20 / 4.00
• Graduation year: 2023 – 2025
• Fluent in English
• Strong project management & negotiation skills
• High initiative, resilience, and passion for hands-on work
• Interest in both technical research and business processes
